Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for working in a cross-cultural environment? Darumbal Enterprises Pty Ltd is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee and drive HR functions across Darumbal Enterprises and its entities under the Darumbal People's Aboriginal Corporation (DPAC). In this newly established role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with the organisation’s growth, vision, and values.
This position provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, to develop and execute HR policies and initiatives that promote a positive, culturally aware workplace. You will be responsible for supporting workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and managing employee relations across the organisation.
