Our small but mighty team is expanding, and we’re looking for a capable, motivated Hydrographer to help us monitor, manage, and make sense of Australia’s most precious resource.

- Manage and maintain monitoring infrastructure and field sites to 4T and industry standards
- Collect water quality samples in line with established protocols
- Conduct stream flow measurements and site inspections
- Analyse and report on site performance, flag issues, and liaise with senior team members for troubleshooting
- Enter and manage data in specialist databases and information systems (telemetered and non-telemetered)
- Support project planning and delivery – you may even lead small water monitoring projects
- Contribute to the development of quality assurance systems, standard operating procedures and continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with our broader team and interact confidently with clients and stakeholders
What we offer:
-
Real impact: You’ll contribute to environmental decisions that matter – especially in mining, agriculture and land use sectors

- Genuinely flexible work culture: We mean it when we say we're family-friendly
- Learning and development: From internal mentoring to external training – we’ll help you grow your career
