City Cabinetmakers is a locally owned and operated cabinetry business specialising in custom kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and laundries. We take pride in producing high-quality workmanship and delivering outstanding results for our clients across the Mackay and outer regions.

We're currently looking for a qualified and experienced Cabinet Installer to join our friendly team.

You'll be responsible for the on-site installation of custom cabinetry and joinery, working across a range of residential and/or commercial projects. The role suits someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and can work both independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.

• Install custom-built cabinetry including kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and other joinery items

• Read and interpret shop drawings and plans accurately

• Carry out adjustments and onsite modifications as required

• Liaise with clients, builders, and team members in a professional manner

• Ensure all installations are completed to a high standard and within deadlines

• Maintain safe and tidy work areas

• Proven experience in cabinet installation (minimum 1 years preferred)

• Trade qualification in Cabinet Making / Joinery (Cert III)

• Strong understanding of cabinet construction and installation methods

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• White Card (Construction Induction) required

• Own tools and PPE

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
