Job Description

  • Projects based around Brisbane/South Brisbane
  • National Insurance builder with progression opportunities
  • Multiple supervisor roles available
     
Our client is an established leading national insurance repairer with a reputation of helping individuals and communities recover from flood, fire, storm and general damage. They deliver this critical service through their expert knowledge, streamlined processes and customer-focused team. 


Our client is seeking a Site Supervisor that is able to jump into projects within the express builders team, projects from zero to 40k value. This candidate needs to be someone that is motivated and has outstanding communication and leadership skills.


Role
  • Confirm scope of works and budget accuracy
  • Monitor and implement safety standards
  • Oversee all aspects of construction, repair and restoration 
  • Monitor budget and legislative compliance
  • Supervise all trades and construction on site

Person
  • QBCC supervisor license required
  • First Aid certificate required 
  • Working knowledge of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, WHS, SWMS, PPE requirements
  • Experienced at managing trades, sites
