This well-established multi office accounting practice in Rockhampton is seeking a talented Intermediate/Senior Business Services and Tax Accountant to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients with a focus on Construction & Primary Production

  • Preparation of ITR's & financial statements, Div 7A, CGT and FBT Calculations 

  • Providing advisory services to clients to help build their business

  • Liaison with the ATO

  • Maintenance and preparation of clients financial records

  • Excellent client relationship and rapport-building skills or wanting to learn

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Australian accounting firm.

  • CA/CPA qualifications or willing to complete. 

  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team outcomes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
