About The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join a dynamic team, focusing on customer service, sales generation, and account management within the industrial sector.

What You Will Be Doing:

Managing inbound phone, email, and web-based sales enquiries

Following up on warm and cold leads to generate new business

Providing technical advice and product recommendations

Processing orders, quotes, and coordinating delivery timelines

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
What You Will Need:

Minimum 2+ years in internal sales or customer service role
-
Previous experience in industrial, mining, or manufacturing sectors

Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Proven administrative experience
-
Open QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
