The Opportunity:

As a key member of our team, you will be the face of the business—delivering excellent service to customers while supporting showroom presentation, inventory accuracy, and order fulfilment. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Manage sales enquiries, quoting, and order processing efficiently
  • Pick and Pack customer orders as required
  • Put away receipted stock as required.
  • Serve collect gas customers as required
  • Maintain a well-presented showroom with accurate pricing and promotions
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and identify slow-moving items
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders while supporting inventory and replenishment activities
  • Action daily backorders and follow up on customer enquiries to maximise sales
  • Ensure a clean, organised, and safe work environment

About You

  • Forklift License & Driving License required
  • Experience in internal sales, customer service, or trade/retail environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and a customer-first approach
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work in a busy setting
