The Opportunity:
As a key member of our team, you will be the face of the business—delivering excellent service to customers while supporting showroom presentation, inventory accuracy, and order fulfilment. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage sales enquiries, quoting, and order processing efficiently
- Pick and Pack customer orders as required
- Put away receipted stock as required.
- Serve collect gas customers as required
- Maintain a well-presented showroom with accurate pricing and promotions
- Monitor stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and identify slow-moving items
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders while supporting inventory and replenishment activities
- Action daily backorders and follow up on customer enquiries to maximise sales
- Ensure a clean, organised, and safe work environment
About You
- Forklift License & Driving License required
- Experience in internal sales, customer service, or trade/retail environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and a customer-first approach
- Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work in a busy setting
