As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Administration Assistant to join our dynamic financial planning office.

The Role:

As a Junior Administration Assistant, you will provide vital support to our team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to develop their administrative skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with general office administration, including filing, data entry, and document preparation

• Managing incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries as needed

• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

• Supporting the financial planning team with client documentation and follow-ups

• Handling mail, office supplies, and general office upkeep

• Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors

About You:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Prior administration experience is a plus but not essential
