Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and greeting clients and visitors professionally

  • Administrative support for workshop

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining records

  • Prepare and format documents with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Order office supplies and uniforms

  • Maintain well-organised digital and physical filing systems

  • Provide general administrative support across the business as needed

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience in an office, reception or customer service role (preferred but not essential)

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Reliable, motivated and ready to be part of a great team
