We're seeking a motivated and organised Junior Administrator – Compliance & Mobilisation to join our Mackay-based team. You'll play a vital role in helping coordinate our workforce and ensure our crews are compliant and ready to hit site. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting mobilisation and compliance for our field teams

• Coordinating travel, documentation, and onboarding requirements

• Assisting with rostering, planning and communication across projects

• Maintaining accurate records and managing daily admin

• Liaising with internal teams, clients, and contractors

• Helping shape and support a strong team culture

Who We’re Looking For:

• Currently studying (or recently completed) business, HR, accounting, or operations — or taking a gap year and ready to build a career

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities

• Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills

• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and admin systems

• Someone who brings energy, positivity, and a team-first mindset
