The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Diploma qualified Lead Educator looking to join a passionate team of qualified Early Childhood professionals and be supported and encouraged to excel and further develop your Early Childhood career?

Port City Kids is offering an exceptional candidate a Lead Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain positive relationships with children, families and staff, an outstanding learning environment and educational program for our children.

About You

  • You will hold or be working towards an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services 

  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

  • Experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years) 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • A current Blue Card

  • First Aid certificate
