Our brand new, state of the art centre, Children First Early Education Berserker is excited to announce an incredible opportunity for a talented and energetic Lead Educators to join our brand new team!

This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week!

About your new role

• Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging effectively with children, families, educators, and the community.

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.

• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.

• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

• Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

A little about you

• A Diploma qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.

• Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.

• Experience in an early childhood setting.

• A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.

• Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.

• Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
