Hours: 48 hours per week (Mon–Fri)

🔧 Scope of Works Includes:
• Formwork construction
• Minor concreting works – steel fixing, prep, and pours
• General carpentry duties
• Supporting and leading a small team to deliver quality work safely
• Learning supervisory skills with ongoing mentoring and development
🧰 Skills & Experience Required:
• Qualified Carpenter with solid site experience
• Either existing Leading Hand experience or the motivation and capability to step into the role
• Strong understanding of formwork and concreting fundamentals
• Ability to read plans and follow scopes of work
• Commitment to safety and positive team leadership
• Construction White Card
• Reliable, proactive, and strong communicator
⭐ Bonus Points For:
• Civil experience operating excavators, skid steers, rollers, or trucks
• RIIs or VOCs for plant machinery
• Experience in industrial or heavy industry environments
