About the Role
  • Based in Paget, Mackay
  • Monday to Thursday roster, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (day shift only)
  • Permanent, full-time role (38 hours per week) with one RDO per month

Key Duties
As a hands-on Leading Hand in our Hire Yard, you will:
  • Perform basic servicing, repairs, and maintenance of modular buildings
  • Operate a forklift to load and unload modular units and hire equipment
  • Oversee and assist with the inspection, cleaning, and preparation of units for rehire
  • Coordinate and assist with deliveries, pickups, and fleet movements
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Support customers with equipment handovers and queries
  • Ensure safety compliance and supervise daily operations
About You
  • Valid driver’s licence (essential)
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in general maintenance and use of hand tools
  • Physically fit and safety-conscious
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Basic computer skills
  • Based in Paget, Mackay, or willing to relocate
