We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of our practice, where your organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be highly valued.
The Position
As a Legal Administrator, you will play a key role in managing incoming contracts, coordinating communications, opening matters, and ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently. This position involves a broad range of administrative responsibilities, with a primary focus on initial contract co-ordination.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing incoming company emails.

Managing incoming residential contracts, including calculating critical dates and allocating contracts to the conveyancing team.

Opening client matters within our practice management system.

Accurately entering and maintaining client, contract and matter data.

Following up with clients, agents and other parties regarding contracts and related documentation.

Maintaining spreadsheets for weekly and monthly reporting.

Providing assistance to reception when required.

Assisting with other ad hoc administrative duties.
The Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will be highly organised, available to join our team on a full-time basis, and possess the following skills and attributes:

Previous administration experience.

Above-average literacy and numeracy skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong customer service focus.

Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritise multiple tasks.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Confidence using computer systems and undertaking data entry.
A background in property administration or conveyancing would be advantageous, but is not essential.
