LEGAL SECRETARY

In the role of Legal Secretary, you will multi-task in all areas of administrative services in our team utilizing a broad range of software programs and systems to perform a variety of tasks.

 

Responsibilities not limited to but may include:-

  • Typing, photocopying, scanning and collating material

  • Proficient management in accounting areas

  • Excellent telephone management

  • Diary management and appointment handling

  • Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence

  • Excellent telephone manner

 

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Excellent typing skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft office (word and excel)

  • Experience in using Legal software and Accounting software

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; and interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated with ability to use initiative

  • Proficient in data entry and management

  • Proven ability to work effectively independently or as a team member

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of tasks and business information

  • Courteous

  • Good emotional intelligence
