Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and self-driven Operator to join our Gladstone PUD team. If you have a passion for local deliveries and enjoy overcoming challenges, this full-time position is perfect for you. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality service and maintaining established relationships with customers across the region.

 

The Job:

  • Full-time, permanent position | Monday to Friday, starting at 7am
  • Complete multi-drop deliveries of general freight within the Gladstone area
  • Operate a van to manage local pickups and deliveries, ensuring high service levels
  • Use IT platforms such as PDAs for scanning freight and capturing live signatures
  • Follow established standards, guidelines, and procedures for detailed, consistent work
  • Work in a stable environment with structured training and supportive coaching from management
  • Focus on maintaining error-free, high-quality work with steady, methodical output

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current C Class manual driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, and a criminal history check
