About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for keeping things moving, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

This permanent, full-time role reports to the Depot Manager and is responsible for the following;

  • Day to day logistics coordination of numerous customer contracts, including managing delivery and collection activities to contract KPIs
  • Implement measures and procedures to drive service performance and continuous improvement of the freight network
  • Communication and escalation of all freight-related issues from point of origin
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, NHVR, and fatigue management regulations

Roster

  • Even Time Roster - 7 On / 7 Off
  • Wednesday - Tuesday Roster

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator within the Transport & Logistics Industry would be preferred
  • High computer literacy, with the demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to different systems and software (particularly MS Office Suite & Office Companion)
  • Strong communication skill and ability to adapt to change
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and have the ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small driven team
  • Good time management and organisational skills
