Mackay Workshop Auto Electrician

Joyce Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to join our Mackay workshop team on a 7:7 roster. We are looking for an Electrician who has experience with heavy earthmoving machinery, either in a mining or civil capacity. 

The successful applicant will be required to perform various electrical tasks for our rebuilds, including creating harnesses, repairing air conditioners, re-wiring, cab overhaul, and fault diagnosis. This is a 7:7, 12-hour dayshift-only roster, with overtime available if desired. It is a residential role, perfect for those who want to be home every night. 

We have a family-orientated culture, and we pride ourselves on providing a high-quality service for our clients. We have a purpose-built facility in Paget where we complete a broad range of electrical, mechanical and fabrication services.

Requirements:

• Must be a trade qualified Auto Electrician
• Ideally 1-2 years post-trade
• Previous experience working on heavy earthmoving equipment
• Beneficial if currently holding an Air-Conditioning licence
