Key Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administration support to the Maintenance team
  • Extracting data from Safety Culture system
  • Maintaining equipment component spreadsheet
  • Maintaining plant records
  • Data entry tasks
  • Job costing
  • Raising purchase requisitions
  • Receipting in goods received

Key Skills:

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong work ethic, time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and oral/written communication skills
  • Have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
  • Have the ability to collaborate and build good relationships
  • Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable)4740
