Maintenance Support Officer - AO3/1

Job Description

Intro Recruitment is partnering with a Government Construction business with projects across Commercial and Residential building and maintenance. Due to recent growth and success, our client is looking to appoint a Maintenance Support Officers (AO3/1 Level)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and high standards of customer service 
  • Work within a fast-paced environment with KPI’s and mechanisms to measure and monitor performance
  • Connect and maintain relationships with industry, local suppliers and internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Demonstrate high level interpersonal skills including negotiation, minimisation of aggression and dispute resolution as appropriate
  • Contribute to and actively participate in internal innovation activities, be a positive contributor to a great team and culture and actively participate in and contribute to internal innovative activities
  • Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems
