Maternity Coverage - Administration Assistant/Receptionist

The Sacca Heavy Repairs team are looking for someone to help keep us on track.

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic person to take on 12-Month's Maternity Coverage for the role of Administration Assistant/Receptionist in our dynamic team.

 

Role responsibilities:

  • Reception duties involve greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing enquiries at the front desk. 

  • Assistance to management and other staff is required as needed, which may include tasks such as scheduling meetings or preparing documents.

  • Purchasing and receipting responsibilities involve procuring necessary supplies and ensuring accurate record-keeping of transactions.

  • Data entry, filing, and archiving tasks to uphold organised record-keeping systems.

  • Ensuring the reception and communal areas remain presentable involves tidying and maintaining cleanliness to create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike.

 

Applicants to provide:

  • Current drivers’ licence

  • Legal right to work in Australia

 

This role is the first point of contact for the company therefore we prefer you to have some experience in an administration role with the ability to multi-task and provide support to the management and senior team members as required.
