As a Mechanical Service Technician, you’ll work hands-on with leading technology, supporting reliability, maintenance, and performance across high-impact industrial operations in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Disassemble, inspect, repair, and test seals, couplings, and equipment.
  • Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
  • Plan and schedule repairs.
  • Collect data to support engineering material selection.
  • Prepare repair quotes with documentation.
  • Maintain document control systems.
  • Support root cause analysis.
  • Troubleshoot issues and suggest reliability improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales/technical teams on new opportunities.
  • Coordinate and attend customer site visits (e.g. oil & gas, mining).
  • Deliver training to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit performance and operational reports.
Requirements
  • Must be legally authorised to work in Australia without restrictions.
  • Requires a minimum of two years’ experience in servicing, repairing, and testing mechanical seals, couplings, and other rotating machinery.
  • Hands-on experience like machining (turning, drilling, milling)
  • Strong sense of accountability with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Capability to mentor and support team members.
  • Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies in the workplace.
