Job Description

Casual Medical Receptionist required for a busy General Practitioners office, with a specialty in skin. 
 

A Bit About Us

Port Curtis Medical Centre is a busy GP clinic running a vaccination hub and servicing the community with five experienced general practitioners and seven nurses. 

We are currently looking for a friendly, reliable, hard-working medical receptionist to join our supportive team.

Previous medical receptionist experience is a bonus.
 

This position involves: 

  • Answering phones, making patient appointment and managing appointment book.
     
  • Creating and maintaining patient database under strict confidentiality laws.
     
  • Supporting doctors, nurses and management in day-to-day tasks.
     
  • General administration and cleaning duties.

 

Hours and Pay:

This position has the potential for a minimum 3 full days a week with an additional half day or full day to cover staff leave. 

The hours are between 7:30am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday. No late nights or weekend work required. 

Each employee is paid according to the Fair Work minimum wage for a casual employee.
