We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a strong focus on outstanding customer service for a permanent full-time position within our Occupation Health clinic as Medical Receptionist.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver exceptional patient service at all times
  • Prioritise attending to incoming calls and practice emails
  • Participate in practice meetings and contribute ideas for improvement 
  • Efficiently manage patient data, appointments and follow procedures
  • Provide a seamless service to patients whilst ensuring clinic operations, and Doctor workload is effectively managed at all times
  • Process patients billings/receipts
  • Function in a highly organised and time-efficient manner at all times

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • High level of computer literacy - ability to work with numerous computer systems
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Enthusiasm, willingness, and ability to learn and retain information
