Medical Receptionist – Aligned Chiropractic (Rockhampton)

Aligned Chiropractic is a warm, patient‑focused clinic, and we're looking for a friendly, reliable Medical Receptionist to join our team in a long‑term permanent casual role (10–20 hrs/week).

About the Role

  • Front desk reception: greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing calls

  • General admin: emails, data entry, insurance forms, recalls, debtor management

  • Supporting clinicians and keeping patient flow running smoothly

  • Maintaining a clean, organised, welcoming clinic environment

  • Working across both Rockhampton clinic locations


What We're Looking For

  • Administration experience (medical reception preferred)

  • Warm, caring, patient‑focused personality

  • Strong communication and a polished phone manner

  • Confident multitasking and attention to detail

  • Reliable, well‑presented, and proactive

  • Flexibility for early starts, late finishes, Saturdays, and school holidays

  • Valid Australian work visa or work rights are required for this position

Chiropractic knowledge is helpful but not required.
