An exciting opportunity has become available as a Mining Administrator on a 18 month fixed term contract for a proactive and organised all-rounder to support our Operations team in the Mining department. Reporting directly to the Mining Manager, you will actively participate in the day-to-day operations at Hail Creek and provide a high level of administration support. This busy and diverse role will see you undertaking a broad range of administrative duties including data entry, purchasing, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, reconciling and receipting invoices, diary management and assisting with reporting requirements & tasks. You will work autonomously with a large and varied workload, and be able to reprioritise your work to suit the needs of the leadership team.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will possess experience in an administration role or proven experience in executive administration. You will be a highly emotional intelligent professional who is responsive, enthusiastic, innovative, self-motivated, and able to think outside the box, with a can-do attitude, keen to work with the Mining Team in a dynamic environment. You will have experience with SAP system, advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
