About the role
This is a lead role combining both cleaning motel rooms and reception. We are looking for that special person with an eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills and a good level of fitness. You are responsible for cleaning rooms, answering phones and email inquiries, checking in and out guests, processing bookings, catering to guest needs, data entry and property upkeep. Business hours are 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week. Successful applicants must be available to work weekends and Wednesdays. Approximately 22.5 (3 days) - 37.5 (5 days) hours per week are currently available.

The role will be offered as a casual position with shifts ranging from 2 hours to 7.5 hours. Additional shifts available to cover others leave. We support Certificate qualifications relevant in Tourism and Business. Training is provided. This could lead to a Property Manager position. If you have this experience now, let us know!
Skills and experience
Previous experience in the accommodation industry is preferred, must be an impeccable cleaner, who can work independently, provide a great customer experience, are excited about promoting the Capricorn Coast Region, have good problem solving skills and a can do attitude.
