Boss Global Logistics Pty Ltd is expanding and we’re on the lookout for a reliable and motivated MR Truck Driver to join our team based in Barney Point, Gladstone.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of freight between our depot and customer locations, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate an MR truck

• Load and unload freight, ensuring it is secured correctly

• Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Meet delivery deadlines and manage routes efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years open MR licence (or higher)

• Strong knowledge of the Gladstone area and surrounds

• Freight handling experience (desirable)

• Forklift licence (desirable)

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling

• A positive, can-do attitude

• Strong customer service skills

• Clear criminal history

• Australian citizen, permanent resident, or full work rights

• Steel-capped boots and high-visibility vest

• References required
