What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct a range of diagnostic medical laboratory tests

• Uphold quality standards in line with local and corporate procedures

• Ensure workplace health and safety compliance

• Deliver reliable, efficient service to internal and external clients

What you’ll need:

• AIMS-accredited degree in Medical Laboratory Science

• Experience in a multidisciplinary lab is ideal (e.g. haematology, biochemistry, molecular pathology, microbiology, coagulation, immunohematology)

• Understanding of NATA regulations and ISO:15189 standards

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A collaborative, ethical, and customer-focused approach

• Experience with SmartLab, QAP and auditing is valued (training available if needed)
