Role Overview:

As a Retail Manager, you will oversee operations across our 5 Mackay locations across cafes, bars and our franchise brands, Boost and Red Rooster.

Our Airport teams deliver exceptional customer experiences, delicious fresh food and great coffee to travelers, 365 days a year. 

You will drive results, manage costs, lead a diverse team,  build strong relationships, partner with our Franchise partners and ensure compliance with Safety, quality and people. Travel within QLD is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations across multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislations and compliance requirements
  • Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships both internal and external
  • Deliver best in class franchise operations
  • Achieve budget results and manage costs effectively.
  • Develop menus, products and identify sales trends.
  • Lead, recruit, and train staff while maintaining Workplace Health and Safety.

 

 


Key Skills & Qualification:

  • Relevant Tertiary Degree or 2 years relevant industry experience (Retail/ Food & Beverage /Franchising) 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, take action and  make recommendations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Previous experience coordinating and delivering projects.
  • High attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • RSA  & QLD Food Safety Supervisor
  • Experience with relevant software programs and exposure to IT industry practices.
  • Strong leadership, client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and staffing effectively.

Ideal Applicant:

  • Experience in multi-site management and corporate hospitality.
  • Proven leadership in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Extensive experience in food & beverage with a passion for keeping up with food, coffee and beverage trends
  • Strong administrative, budgeting, and IT skills.
  • Strong Commercial acumen
