LMP Project Services is a family-owned construction and civil construction company delivering maintenance solutions across the mining and infrastructure sectors. We provide end-to-end infrastructure, construction, civil works, and road maintenance services, supported by skilled labour to meet both project and operational requirements. LMP Project Services supports projects across the Bowen Basin and Whitsunday regions, delivering a diverse range of brownfield and maintenance works.

About the Roles:

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our growing team in the following positions:

  • Qualified Plumbers

  • Trade Assistants (Experienced Tractor Operators highly regarded))

These are hands-on roles supporting a variety of mining and civil infrastructure projects. You will be part of a team delivering maintenance, construction, and operational support works across multiple sites.

We are looking for people who are practical, safety-focused, and keen to be part of a respectful and team-oriented environment.

About You:

You will ideally have:

  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Commitment to safety, respect, and teamwork

  • Relevant trade qualification (Plumbers) or experience in machinery operation (Operators)

  • Willingness to learn and develop skills (Trade Assistants encouraged to apply)

  • Current Driver’s Licence

  • Relevant tickets/inductions (desirable but not essential for all roles - Standard 11, Coal Board Medical)
