KAEFER Integrated Services are currently looking for a NACE 2 certified Coating Supervisor. October start. Campaign work on an LNG Plant based in Gladstone. 

Full time local hire position. Relocation package available for suitable candidate. 

Scope of works:
Kaefer is delivering end to end CUI, life extension campaign across 2 train LNG facility. Including the removal and re installation of Insulation, Painting and Stopaq Scopes, across all areas of the plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily supervision and support of a skilled work group.
  • Interpretation of site specifications and ISOs for estimating and work pack creation.
  • Daily inspections to maintain ITR in line with ITPs, supporting MDR. 
  • Management of material, equipment, and consumables onsite. 
  • Progress and performance reporting

About You

  • NACE Level 2 or 3 certification is required.
  • Demonstrated experience working on similar scopes of work, particularly repairing CUI in a hydrocarbon facility. 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with ability to positively motivate your team, maintaining high level of moral and inclusion. 
  • A good work ethic and the ability to collaborate in an existing supportive site-based team. 
  • Experience performing inspections, maintain ITR, interpreting isometric drawings, investigating quality non-conformance's / discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Experience and understanding of Quality Systems (ISO 9001/14001 and AS/NZS 4801)
  • Professional communication skills and interpersonal skills with personnel at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to interpret technical data, statistics and technical reports.
  • OHS Construction Induction White Card.
  • Proficient in the use of computer-based software, particularly Microsoft Office Package.
