The Global Brand and Marketing Directorate is responsible for student recruitment and all marketing activities, including branding and providing support and advice to faculties and divisions across a range of specialities.
As a key member of the National Admissions team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our student community. Your primary objective will be to assess and process student applications with precision and efficiency, delivering exceptional customer service to our diverse student base. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with significant administrative experience and expertise in using large corporate systems. You will confidently manage applications, adhere to legislative requirements, and consistently uphold a high standard of service.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated administrative experience with strong communication (both oral and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using large corporate systems, with extensive knowledge of business support software, including word processing, spreadsheets, database management systems, and email.
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
- Proven knowledge or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of University policies and procedures with the ability to adhere to strict guidelines and make informed decisions.
- A degree with relevant experience, or extensive experience and expertise in technical or administrative fields, or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
