About the role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced NDT Technician to join our Industry Services team in Gladstone, Queensland on a fulltime basis. 

Selection criteria

To be successful in this role the following competencies are essential:

  • NDT and inspection work using cutting edge technology.
  • Prepare and compile comprehensive reports that are in line with current industry standards.
  • Adopt our commitment to safety, ensuring a safe work environment for all.
  • Develop in an environment that occasionally requires you to work away from home.

Key requirements:

  • Gladstone based or willing to relocate.
  • Demonstrated written and oral skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage own workloads.
  • Continuous improvement mind set and a strong customer focus.
  • ISO 9712 Level 2 certifications in one of the following methods: 
    • Ultrasonic Testing, preferably with PAUT/ToFD qualifications and experience
    • Radiography (including licence)
  • Employment subject to proficiency testing. 
  • Possess an understanding of MS Office programs.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings.
  • Experience in working with a variety of international standards and customer specifications.
