Your part in our BlueCare team
As Neighbourhood Leader you will autonomously manage your neighbourhood operation. You will be responsible for providing effective leadership to your team of clinical and care employees, as well as facilitating providing quality care based on our client needs, enhancing and promoting quality of life.
Key responsibilities include but are limited to:
- Providing Leadership and coaching to your Neighbourhood team
- Managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring quality service delivery to our clients
- Driving the growth of the local portfolio, including service enhancements to ensure care offerings are appropriate to client needs.
- Performance management of the Neighbourhood, including adhering to KPIs and reporting
- Driving team culture and wellbeing

You’ll be an experienced leader performing within a health, community or aged care environment. You’ll be an advocate for person-centred care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service. You’ll bring to the role:
- Ability to provide leadership, coaching and support to your team
- Experience coordinating care provision within a large team
- Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
- Qualifications in a health, community service or other relevant discipline or equivalent community sector experience.
