The Role:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of property managers, leasing agents to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational excellence.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, landlords, stakeholders to foster a positive and collaborative community atmosphere.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, industry regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example, motivate the team & encourage them to succeed
  • Oversee and implement strategies & procedures
  • Ensure KPI’s are met across the  team
  • Investigate and manage escalated issues with your team and external clientele 
  • Working within the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth
The Candidate:
  • Strong Property Managers looking for a Team Leader/ Department Head role will be considered 
  • Ideally have experience with managing & mentoring staff
  • Motivating, innovative & driven to succeed 
  • Ability to prioritise your own and your team's time
  • Conflict Resolution - highly experienced with QCAT and tribunals
  • Lead a highly successful department!
  • Develop team strengths and improve areas needing further development 
  • Current Real Estate License / Certificate of Registration
