We’re on the lookout for New Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our Career Kickstart Program. Whether you love working with kids, adults, or both — we offer diverse caseloads and the opportunity to tailor your role so you can explore and grow in your areas of interest.
You’ll be supported by a warm, experienced team that truly understands what it’s like to be new. To help you transition smoothly, we offer a gradual caseload ramp-up over your first three months — giving you the space to build confidence, refine your clinical skills, and enjoy the journey. You’ll provide high-quality care to clients across the lifespan, with guidance and encouragement every step of the way.
To give you the strongest start in your career, you’ll be provided the opportunity to complete key PD courses during your first two years, including:

Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)

CPSP registration with Speech Pathology Australia

Eligibility to obtain a Blue & Yellow Card (Police History Check)

A current C-class driver’s licence + reliable vehicle for community visits

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to assist children and adults with complex communication and swallowing needs.
