About your role
Reporting directly to the Specialist - Occupational Health, you will contribute to our Safe, Stable and Sustainable vision by:
- Assessment of individual’s fitness for work through assisting with advice and support on personal, medical and health care concerns
- Management of work-related injuries
- Performing periodic health reviews for our employees, and taking appropriate actions for out-of-spec results
- Communication with patients and their leaders, and other key stakeholders as appropriate
- Your ability to safely work as an individual and within a team environment
- Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with site health, environmental and community policies, systems and procedures
- Taking a proactive approach to Environmental, Health & Safety risk in the workplace, contributing to a safe and supportive work environment
What you will bring

- A strong commitment to the safety and well-being of yourself and your team
- A positive, motivated attitude with a proven strong work ethic
- Current registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- A commitment to meet the requirements for ongoing AHPRA Registration (Mandatory)
- Experience in Occupational Health or relevant certification
- Certificate of Competency in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Testing
- Certificate of Competency in Audiometry and Spirometry testing
