About Us

With a team of approximately 60, we offer legal services to clients in the Mackay and surrounding areas, and wider Queensland region.

We are looking for a solution focused individual, with a passion for driving business and personnel development as we continue moving through an exciting phase of growth.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to our board of directors and collaborating with our administration and management team, you will:

  • Provide regular reports to our employees.
  • Engage with, coach and mentor employees, including onboarding new staff to ensure clarity and alignment with the business’s goals.
  • Provide the board with comprehensive feedback on KPI attainment and financial performance.
  • Identify opportunities for business and staff development.
  • Aid the board in its strategic planning, budgeting, and policy formulation.
  • Undertake additional administrative, financial, or managerial duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Qualifications in finance, commerce, business, human resources, or management (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for building lasting relationships and influencing positively.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity (preferred).
  • Familiarity with board operations (desired).
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
