Finlinx Wealth is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Office and Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will include working closely with and having the support of the Directors in balancing business activities and the tasks related to wider office management.

 

As a well-established, privately owned Financial Planning firm, we are committed to strengthening our workflow processes to facilitate the continued client-first financial advice model.

 

This role will encompass:

•         Working closely with the Directors on strategies projects, reporting and future-vision

•         Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality output with local and offshore team

•         Assist the team with clarity, accountability and structure

•         Management of process to ensure business operates within the compliance and service obligations

•         Oversee HR tasks, documentation and internal communications to ensure consistency

•         Create momentum, celebrate wins and sustain a high-energy environment

 

The ideal future colleague would possess a strong capacity to coordinate people to achieve optimum outcomes as well as be able to work in an organised and structured manner. We are seeking a highly organised and confident communicator who is detail-focused and able to effectively prioritise tasks.
