We are seeking the services of an Office Manager with Real Estate experience and a great work ethic to join our team.
Excellent presentation, customer service and organisational skills, a mature and proactive approach and the ability to multi-task are a must. The successful applicant will work with great attention to detail, take pride in their work and have a great work ethic and care for the business as a whole.
About the job;
• Ensure efficient management of the office, overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications, and other types of strategic planning where required for process implementations
• Act as primary liaison between the company, staff, and management, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests
• Oversee and achieve organisational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positively cultured office and employee experience
• Assist with and oversee end to end Portfolio Management.
• Coordinate sales listings, sales contracts, lease preparation and renewals.
• Liaise with owners, tenants and all stakeholders.
• Manage rental receipting, invoicing, bond lodgements.
• Entering in finacial details into MYOB, Property Tree and reconciliations
• Manage rent arrears
Salary $65,000-75,000/annum + Superannuation
