Job Title: Office Receptionist

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Potential for School Hours for the right applicant)
Position Overview:
Blacker Marine Customs is seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred (MYOB)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• References to be supplied.
