Job Description

This role is responsible for providing professional administration and coordination to our Mackay depot. 

Duties:

  • AM Yard manifesting 
  • Full load administration and pricing
  • Full load trip creation/driver paperwork
  • Payroll approval
  • Connote creation and general administrative tasks

Key Requirements:

  • Proven skills around financial principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage time and competing priorities
  • Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Database and Customer Relationship Management tools)
