About the Role

As Operations Manager, you’ll be a key driver of success on-site—leading a dynamic team, liaising with clients, ensuring safety compliance, and overseeing project delivery from start to finish.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Coordinating and scheduling workforce activities to meet project timelines

  • Managing on-site operations and leading a high-performing team

  • Maintaining strong client relationships and communication

  • Implementing operational improvement strategies

  • Ensuring health & safety compliance across all activities

  • Reporting project progress and quality control

  • Using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project for scheduling and documentation

  • Reviewing project programs and delegating tasks accordingly

 

What We’re Looking For

You’re an experienced leader who thrives in high-energy environments and understands how to keep teams motivated and projects on track.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, preferably within industrial services.

  • Leadership skills—You know how to motivate and manage a diverse team, ensuring everyone works together toward shared goals.

  • Safety-first mentality—You’re committed to upholding health and safety standards.

  • Detail-oriented—You’re meticulous with reporting, scheduling, and project management.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Project.

  • Scaffold experience is a bonus, but not a requirement!

   

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Current Driver’s Licence

  • Construction White Card

  • MSIC (or ability to obtain)

  • Certificate IV / Diploma / Degree in Management, Business, or related field

  • S1, S2, S3 & G2 certifications (highly regarded)
