We’re on the lookout for an Operations Support Administrator to join our Operations team based in our Mackay office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our business driving efficiency, supporting shutdown, rostered and project delivery, and ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Rostered Labour: Quoting, accommodation requests, leave coverage for our permanent rostered personnel.

  • NSW Labour: Assist with out of state labour requests, shutdowns, leave coverage, accommodation, inductions, onboarding etc

  • Contractor Management: Internal record keeping, document control of our contractor management system.

  • Training/Compliance/Scheduling: Assist in the day-to-day operations within our business supporting our Resource Scheduler and Safety & Compliance Co-Ordinator where required.

  • A true team player with a friendly, approachable manner when working with colleagues, management, and site crews.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of the business.

  • Proven ability to design and implement processes that improve efficiency.

  • Highly organised with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, MYOB, Google Docs
