Operator/Truck Driver

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Multi Skill Operator to join the team at LNR Group Services Pty Ltd in Mackay, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will involve operating of a posi-track, excavator, roller and truck on civil construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with machinery operations within the civil construction industry and road maintenance. Immediate start required.

What you'll be doing

1. Operating machinery including trucks, excavator, roller and posi-track (grader blade and other attachments)

2. Conducting daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment

3. Working closely with the construction team to ensure efficient and effective task completion whilst adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're also looking for

1. Relevant machinery tickets and White Card

2. Minimum HR Licence (HC preferred)

3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices

4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team

5. Good communication and problem-solving skills
