The Rocks Yeppoon has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef, Cook or Kitchen Hand to join our Team. The Rocks Bar & Restaurant is seeking positive and passionate applicants to work with us in our beautiful location at Yeppoon's foreshore. Located in Yeppoon, nestled alongside the Yeppoon Lagoon, The Rocks offers fine dining with a view.

 

  • Chef (Trade qualified)
  • Cook (industry experienced)
  • Kitchen Hand (industry experienced) 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu 
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment 
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service

 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Chef (Trade qualified), Cook (industry experienced), or Kitchen Hand (industry experienced) 
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills 
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment 
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
