OSHC Coordinator

We are currently partnering with a highly regarded national provider in the Outside School Hours Care sector, to appoint an experienced and passionate OSHC Coordinator in Gladstone.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role where you will have full ownership of your service, while being supported by a well established and collaborative leadership team.

🌱 About the Role

As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall day to day operations of the service, leading a team of educators and delivering a fun, engaging, and child led program.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will work 38 hours across split shifts, Monday to Friday, to support our service hours:

  • 6:30 - 9:00am 
  • 2:45pm - 6:30pm

👩‍🏫 Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your team of educators
  • Deliver engaging, child focused programs
  • Manage rostering, administration, and day to day operations
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework
  • Build strong relationships with families, children, and the school community
  • Create a positive and inclusive team culture

✅ About You

  • Previous experience in OSHC or Early Childhood, ideally in a leadership role
  • Confident leading a team and managing a service
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Passionate about delivering high quality care and education
  • A proactive and organised approach

📌 Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full Australian working rights
