About Us

Collective Growth is a paediatric support service taking root (plant puns intended) in Gladstone. We were started by the needs of the community as there was limited health services supporting the ever-increasing needs of young people in the area. We are wanting to support and grow ourselves and the community around us.

The goal of our service is to create a place staff love to work, young people love to come and to grow our families together. We value all our staff and want to encourage each person individually, including advocating for personal and professional growth. We want to support you. Collective Growth utilises NDIS, Medicare and standard billing for sessions with our young people. We work to support our clients as a team of health professionals. We provide assessment for functional and diagnostic purposes including support letters and reports for Paediatricians and Child Psychiatrists. Job Summary

We love collaborating with allied health professionals and our goal is to have a great team working together. As such we are seeking Paediatric Clinicians to join our team working alongside our other allied health clinicians to provide assessment and therapeutic services to young people and their families. 

In this role, we will seek your support regarding developing discipline specific templates, resources, and planning future services from Collective Growth. The successful candidate for this role will have the following:

  • Evidence based therapeutic intervention to support young people and their families.
  • Good communication skills when working with children, families, stakeholders, and other team members.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree for discipline
  • Registration with approved body (e.g., AHPRA, SPA)
  • A current Driver Licence and access to a car
  • It would be helpful to have previous experience working with children, however we are happy to talk to you if you are interested in this field
  • Graduates are welcome to apply and will be supported


  • Tech skills are a must, we use computers for a lot of tasks
  • Good Communication skills
